Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Celery
- ¼ cup Onion
- ¼ cup Red Pepper (chopped finely and sautéed)
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cans Salmon
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Remove any bones from Salmon.
- Mix everything except Panko in a bowl. Don't over mix.
- Make into patties, place in Panko, and coat well.
- Fry in olive oil 8 to 10 minutes trying to turn only once. They fall apart easily.
