Tater Tot Casserole Submitted by Tracy Stewart - A.G. Sadowski Company Ingredients 1 bag of frozen tater tots 1 family size can of mushroom soup (you can substitute for cream of chicken) 1 lb. of ground beef (or substitute for ground turkey), season to taste 1 c. of real bacon bits (I use Hormel® or Costco®) 1 c. chopped onions and bell peppers (I use green, red, yellow, and orange) (you can also add chopped mushrooms) 2 c. grated cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees Cook the ground meat Mix the soup per the directions on the can. Chop up onions and peppers Take a baking dish and spray with a nonstick spray Add the tater tots, spread the meat, bacon bits, onions, and pepper on the top of the tater tots Pour the soup mix over the top of tater tots, mean, veggies Spread grated cheese over the top Cover with tinfoil Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until tater tots are cooked and cheese is bubbling).
